Distance Learning Diploma in Holistic Stress Management

stess

This new syllabus has been specially designed and is exclusive to the Kevala Centre. It’s purpose is to teach the student to become a confident practitioner who can help in cases of stress caused by today’s lifestyle without medical intervention. This guidance is supported by established techniques such as relaxation, meditation, TA and NLP. This course is also designed to give an overview of other complimentary therapies enabling the student to decide which other courses of therapy they may wish to investigate.

This course will give the student the necessary skills to set up their own Stress Management practice and can be combined with existing skills to enhance their work as a therapist. Today, when stress related problems are so prevalent, it is easy to see why stress therapy is greatly needed and can lead to a very worthwhile career. Conditions such as dietary disorders, allergies, arthritis and insomnia are some of the many problems which may be caused or aggravated by stress. Whilst not compulsory, we strongly recommend the students attend a tutorial, either at our Centre or in their own area.

Like all our therapy courses this programme is recognised by the Complementary Medical Association with full membership available to all successful students who also attend at least one 2 day tutorial at the Centre.

This Course also includes 4 Relaxation CD’s designed to complement this Programme.

"For the money, I cannot think of another course that provides the amount and type of information the the course from Kevala does. I have taken counselling courses as well as other forms of treatment courses and find I inevitably go to the Kevala information in order to help the clients. "
Norm Hamilton, R.M.T. a graduate of our Professional Stress Management course
